EasyShoppingIND.com offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the product sent by your selected seller, you can easily Exchange/Return the product. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible for:

Product has to be in original & unused state.
Request has to be raised within 6 days of delivery.
We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order.
You may be required to provide information like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
In case the seller of your product accidentally sends a package with the missing item in it / a counterfeit product / torn or broken item / expired item, you must need to initiate Exchange/Return request within 24 hours of order delivery; failing which the claim will not be entertained.
